Long Distance Dedication...

once again, for Roxanne:

Sorry for all the hair. I Promise I'll trim it up when the timing's a little better.

I have to say that I'm kind of disappointed. I had hoped for a little more fan fare when the pin actually did surface, like it was going to pop throught the skin like a cork out of a champagne bottle. Instead, it looks more like a baby slooowly breaching his mom's vag. Oh, well. Good news is that it's coming out the right way: head first.

2007: BRING IT

While admittedly not as impressive as the Biking Beaner dropping an lb, getting down to a svelte 235, this is my start to 2007.

3 hours this week on the trainer. Yes, it pales in comparison to the WC's 21 hours, or even RB's 4, but the important thing is that I'm turning the pedals.

In 2007, I plan to win my first in a string of Tour de France victories. Not because I'm faster than everyone, but because I will be the only one not doping. Hey, a win's a win, right?
